Issues with Nose2Tail orders are a very rare occurrence. But just in case one occurs, it is important to us to ensure that you are pleased with your order.
If you wish to return an item please contact email@example.com. The office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2pm on Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
All products will be refunded in full provided the reasons for return are considered valid by Nose2Tail Pet Products Ltd.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee: Where you are withdrawing from your purchase upto 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of any additional delivery service provided to you in connection with your purchase.
